STROJÍRNA NOVOTNÝ s.r.o. is a Czech engineering company based in the village of Hrabová in the Olomouc Region. It builds on business activities that began in 1991 and has operated as a limited liability company since 2011. The company runs two production facilities: in Dubicko, it manufactures weldments for its own use and for the German company Weidemann; in Vitošov, it assembles final machines.

Production focuses on skid steer loaders (BOBEK), articulated loaders, forestry forwarding trailers, and harvesters. Since 2004, the company has specialized in small forwarding machines that reduce forest soil damage. Novotný-branded machines are used in agriculture, construction, and forestry. The company employs approximately 90 people.
